Dive and snorkel opportunities are unsurpassed and this area is world renowned for having North America’s only living coral reef. Famous coral head snorkeling haven “Hens and Chickens” is within eyesight of the pier and the Estate is located just up the street from world renowned John Pennecamp National Park, making this location truly a one of a kind diving and snorkeling wonderland. Superb diving opportunities with excellent spear fishing opportunities exist on the numerous wrecks situated up and down the reef. Spiny Lobsters, hogfish, and other tasty species are plentiful and easily harvested inside the reef during the season.

Diving and snorkeling expeditions can be arranged and there are several diving companies located near the Estate. If you prefer staying close to home, you can dive, fish and snorkel right off the pier and observe colorful tropical fish, the occasional tarpon, mangrove snappers, spiny lobsters, rays, and other species among the coral rock reef underneath.
